*Expert in Object Oriented Design and Development, including documentation such as UML
*Effective High & Low Level Design, Module Design, Code-Reviews & Testing
*Experience in Technical leadership in Architecture, Design and Consulting
*Effective Project & People Management Skills
*Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
