The person would be attending and servicing customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints and providing requested information through mails.

Desired Candidate Profile:
*Candidate should have strong communication skills and good conversation etiquettes.
*Should have a go getter attitude, persuasiveness, and ready to take initiative.
*Should have high customer service orientation skills.
*Should have good Typing skill.
*Should be ready to work in rotational Shifts.

Note: Cab facility will be provided to the candidates residing at Gurgaon, Faridabad & Delhi (Excluding West Delhi)
