Job Details :

Installation, configuration, development, deployment and support of OpenText ECM technologies installed in the Deloitte US Firms' Data Centers.
This role will be responsible for lending assistance in the support of other OpenText ECM platforms as the need arises.  Also, the position will be responsible for providing documentation of the established platform.

 Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support the new OpenText ECM platform v 9.7.1, CS10 for the project team
Develop and Deploy custom modules to the platform at regular intervals
Ensure environment consistency and stability, including vendor patching and custom modules from the team
Maintain relationships with a high performance, geographically dispersed team across North America and India
Maintains relationships with OpenText and other strategic vendors to understand offerings and roadmaps
Maintains relationships and collaborates with other domains including architecture, business analysis, infrastructure, quality control, and security

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Live link application architecture (9.5.1/9.7.0/9.7.1/10.0)
Strong in Oscript, LAPI programming and troubleshooting
Good knowledge of Live link Search and customization
Knowledge of Records Management module is added advantage
Ability to troubleshoot and support .NET applications and Oscript applications within the Live link environments
Good knowledge of Live link Event Scripts, Agents, Live Reports, Notifications, Live link Explorer, Forms, Workflows etc.
Strong in SQL Server 2005/2008
Good knowledge of OOPS concepts and exposure to programming in .NET is desirable
Strong understanding of object-oriented design concepts (candidates with only VB background will not be considered).
Used Application Blocks like logging, exception handling, etc.
Have worked with third-party Web controls.

Additional skills:
Solid knowledge of the entire application development life cycle / Agile methodology
Strong understanding of software design patterns and methodology
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to IT and business leaders
Demonstrated ability to stay current with development best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, and industry trends
Knowledge of Classification and Records Management module is added advantage
Understanding of standard OpenText Enterprise web services 10 and exposure to provide custom web services.
Exposure to OpenText capture center (OCC) product and experience in building customized profiles in OCC is an added advantage.
