The candidate should have:ROLE : E-Recruitment module lead. 1. The candidate should have at least 2 to 3 e-Rec implementation project experience.2. The candidate should have basic experience in Personnel Admin & OM3. The candidate should have exposure on EHP4 & preferably EHPS. Understand integration points with portal. Should have integration exposure with exteal agencies. Should have experience with Trex set-up. Budgeting for vacancies and analysis. Able to provide functional specs for integration with R/3 and portals
