Job Details:
We are having an urgent opening for Technical Helpdesk Engineer 
Helpdesk and Desktop profile:
2 to 5 years experience in Helpdesk Engineer
Logging the Ticket and assign to concern Teams. 
Follow up for resolve the issues, with the help of escalation Matrix. 
Addressing the mail form users and escalating them to the higher level. 
Call logging in Callboards .Follow-up with vendors for closure of the Tickets
. Remote support
Should be technical to provide 1st line of support over the phone / remote. 
Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
The candidate should be from an IT background.
Ready to work between 9AM to 9PM shifts
