Salary : INR 1,75,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. +incentives and One side Cab
Job Description :
Collect on past due invoices.
Maintain customers profile and portfolio effectively.
Provide update on accounts to the customer.
Complete ownership on individual portfolio of accounts.
Ability to make good number of calls to the customers to understand the reason for delinquency and collect the past due invoices.
Resolve customer issues and disputes.
Identify reason for short payments/deductions and resolve them.
Cover all the customers in the portfolio by calling them and sending them email/statements.
Desired Profile :
Pre-Requisites
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
Knowledge of SAP collections T-Codes will be an added advantage
Collection experience will be an added advantage
Understanding of Accounts Receivables
Ability to work effectively with numbers to analyze and understand business trends
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team and departmental goals.
