Job Description :

Spearhead consumer and advertiser experiences for Flipkarts Advertising business.

Help shape flipkarts mobile advertising sision in conjunction with product, business and engineering teams.

Build a kick ass design team by attracting, mentoring, and retaining great designers, researchers, and prototypers across interaction, visual and graphic design.

Drive disruptive innovation to define new ad experiences for consumers.

Design simple and elegant interfaces for advertisers (brands, sellers, agencies, ad ops etc).

Define the UX vision and own the evolution of user experience, architecture, and interaction in order to create a usable, functionally rich, attractive and ultimately better performing ads.

Use your expertise in data visualization to make our reporting and analytics the best in the industry.

Articulate design rationale as a means to balance business goals and user needs.

Foster consensus across teams while driving the overall UX vision.

Drive impact, as measured by changes to the product roadmap as one of the metrics.
