Job Description:
Minimum 60% marks in graduation
The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
The students should be flexible to get allocated to any of MphasiS operating locations
The students should be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards

Profile/Designation:
First 6 months- Trainee at 'Level-1'
Post 6 months- 'Level-2'

CTC Details:
The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 6 months at INR 120000/- per annum. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 6 months at INR 180000/- per annum.
Bond Period: 24 Months, incase of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 in full will be recovered from the employee.
Interview Process: One Round of Interview followed by Versant (Voice Assessment Test)
