Job Description:
To plan & implement sales interventions and drive schemes incentives for the Postpaid sales team to achieve the budgeted gross additions in the postpaid subscriber base.-Monitor & drive 2G & 3G acquisition of Postpaid Customers to achieve business targets.-Implement revenue enhancement activities by the team to achieve revenue market share.-Ensure all Productivity norms are met as per the CSS by monitoring Channel Management activities.-Review Team performance to ensure delivery of high productivity levels.-Ensure compliance with Policies & Processes with reference to sales function and engagement & training of team members to keep them up to date with plans & process improvements
