Role: Infrastructure Monitoring
*Should have ability to speak with Sr. stakeholders and client people.
*Proactively provide regular updates to stakeholders.
     *Should have ability to take decisions required to Identify & Resolve the issue.
     *Should provide a strong oversight during crisis event operations.
     *Can track multiple incidents and resources.
     *Should have good analytical skills.
     *Respond to escalations from alerting systems Proactive monitoring of all networks,servers, and services, respond to alerts according to standard process provide daily weekly, and monthly reporting of key performane indicators
 *Skill: SCOM, Solarwinds, BMC Event Management
 *Must Have: Knowledge on Monitoring Tools, SCOM ,SOLARWINDS, ITSM
 *Good To Have: Windows Server 2003, SQL/Database
