Voice Process:
The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers and raising tickets for support over telephone.
Criteria:
-The candidate should be from a non technical background.
-Bcom, BA, Bsc, BMS, BBA, BCA graduates will be considered.
-Engineering graduates will not be eligible for this role.
-Candidates should be open to work in rotational shifts.
