Job Description :

-Understand issue/query reported by user

-Analyze issue and provide resolution

-Report Issues in standard format

-Maintain status of issues

-Provide daily updates

-Willing to work onsite for a longer period

-Functional and Integration Testing.

Technical Skill-set Required :

-Proficient in basic SQL commands.

-Able to debug simple to medium stored procedures (troubleshooting).

-Able to understand and replicate issues , if possible also suggest possible solutions.

-Knowledge of insurance would be an advantage.

-It would be an added advantage if able to prepare Test Cases, Test Scenarios (simple to medium complexity).

Interview Rounds:

-Face to face followed by written round
