Liaison with JD Power Asia Pacidic, for customer saisfaction study.
Analysing the JDP syudy findings & proposing the suitable actions.
To formulate policies in consultation with department incharge to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Auditing the dealers on CS parameters guidlines & proposing the action to improve the same.
