Incumbent would be responsible for providing Level-1 Technical Support to Wipro s business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide 100 % Technical support (Voice) resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. TECHNICAL & NON-TECHNICAL GRADUATES, POST GRADUATES, UNDERGRADUATES ARE ALLOWED.
2. Fresher & Experienced candidates both can apply.
3. An understanding of basic ISP/Networking concepts
