Job Description-
1+ years of exp. is needed. Would be responsible for generating Business through Odesk, Elance Guru and other online portals, proactively develop and improve product and service.
To look into new Project acquisition through proposals and communicating with clients.
Identifying and closing new opportunities (Technical project based on Joomla, Drupal, Word Press, Zend, PHP & MySQL, Face book apps, Android apps ).
Should have relevant experience in bidding on portals like Elance, GURU, ODesk, and Freelancer etc.
Should understand the client requirements, Identifies, define records and communicates user and functional requirements for necessary web projects.
Must be strong in translating business requirements to technical resources (internal and external) in supporting the project.
Prepare and maintains technical documentation, including use cases procedures.
Build and grow relationships with key client contacts
Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality.
Team Operations.
Ensure resource allocation within team.
Skills Required-
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should have understanding of email marketing & IT Sales
Should have knowledge of biiding portals like Elance, BDM Int., odesk, guru, online bidding, bidding manager, bidder, online b, freelancer, International Business, international marketing
Should be eager & willing to learn
