Job Profile:
Agency (SDM, BDM): Has to recruit team of 9-15 life insurance advisors from own refernces and then has to train them to sell life insurance of HDFC Life Insurance Company, both Term & ULIP plans in the market, Advisors will get paid on commission basis on the business done by them. SDM/BDM has to moniter the team of advisors and train them and to make sure they hit monthly/annual business numbers. for all these activites SDM will get extra payouts as incentives apart to their salary.
