Respondto requests from end users, managers and team members for specific IT services.
                Communicate through email, individual discussion, groupmeetings, and presentations to end users and management
                All tickets assigned should be addressed and closed inportal.
                100% of SLA to be met every day and confirmation shouldbe shared to in-charges
                Pending request to be reviewed on daily basis.
                Highlight challenges get the issues in location addressedon priority which could delay operations
                Attend meeting or trainings conducted by central teamregarding process or policy update
                The Engineers will be deployed full-time as per theproject timings as required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
"As an Engineer, you are responsible for providing support for troubleshooting requirements in the Engineering, Infrastructure service or Product/Package Implementation space. You are expected to apply know-how with minimal or broad supervision and be involved inimplementation, integrated testing, debugging and documentation and may be required to work as on-call support or in shifts."
