• Create reports related to Application configurations and changes & Release & Deployments
• Configuration of Application Servers and Services and related Administrator tasks.
• Promotion and deployments of code across various environments using Version control tools
• Event Management
• Incident Management
• Request Fulfilment Management
• Change Management
• Continuous Service improvement’s
• Prepare and publish various Reports
• Knowledge Repository management
• Management, Environments Availability.
• Incident / Request handling & documentation
• Interacting with various other teams and other stakeholders for incident closure/request fulfilment
• This role is highly influent in the business decisions, because he is directly involving in release & deployment function Directly interact with onsite OpCo counterpart and Developers
