1) Develop new features and bug fixes to address customer needs
2) Work with internal teams to define requirements, design, document, develop, and implement application features.
3) Participate in code reviews
4) Collaborate with software team members, and other cross-functional teams, in order to see projects to completion
5) Be responsive to production problems when on the rotating on-call coverage during off-hours
6) Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the current application
7) Identify new processes that will lead to an improved development lifecycle
8) Exhibit and demonstrate a positive attitude and have the ability to give/receive constructive criticism
