Job Description / Responsibilities:
Understand the content of the Business Solution Requirements Definition (BSRD) and the   Business Systems Requirements Specifications (BSRS).
Assist the user or Business Analyst and investigate the environment within the system requirements.
Conduct work sessions with users or Business Analyst or appropriate stakeholders to deliver output documentation.
Conduct system analysis on projects within the identified timeframes.
Provide business with an impact and estimation of cost of the actual requirement from the business.
Assist Systems Developers to compile Logical Design Specifications (LDS) document


Desired profile of the candidate
Graduate / Post Graduate – B.Tech, M Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc, BCom.
Ready to relocate to South Africa (Johannesberg, Cape Town, Durban).
Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal).
Self- motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution. Ability to multi- task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
5+ Years’ experience in Java and J2EE technologies including Web and SOA application design, data architecture, integration and visual design. JavaScript, DHTML (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and AJAX toolkits.
SOA, Web Services, XML, Message Queuing. HTTP/S and JMS WS transport protocols.
IBM WebSphere Application Server; SQL and relational databases, including Object/Relational database design using WebSphere OpenJPA and DB2.
WS messaging level protocols, WS-Security standards, WS description level standards; including WSDL, UDDI.
IBM Rational ClearCase UCM, ClearQuest, Rational Software Architect and Rational BuildForge.
UNIX Shell programming, scripting (BSH, KSH), especially development in a UNIX environment (AIX/Linux).
