Job Description:
-Deep knowledge of SAP Business Objects BI platform fundamentals and technologies (web intelligence, and universes preferred)
-Experience in application support/administration for Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing environment
-SAP Data Services/Business Objects - version 3 and 4 experience is required
-Hands-on experience in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining environment
-ETL design and architecture experience, data modeling, performance tuning and KPI design with reporting skills is desirable
-In-depth experience with Enterprise BI Data Presentation Strategy and implementation, ad hoc reports, standard reports, and dashboards
-Experience working in a 24x7 rapid response environment, with full life cycle experience (requirements gathering through production deployment) in all aspects of BI/DW (ETL, data modeling, analytics and reporting)
-Airline and travel industry experience with Customer Insight and Marketing Analytics and/or DW Technology Consulting is desirable
-Background with other ETL tools and experience with MS SSIS, Informatica, DataStage is preferable
-Experience with incident/ticket tracking tools like Remedy, JIRA or similar tools
-Experience working in an Onshore/Offshore Model
