Previous experience in a customer service role [Increased exp] on Phone / email / Chat channels.Active user of Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc).Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis.Strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent.Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work).Technologically capable: have had experience troubleshooting personal electronic devices (e.g., personal computers, smart phones, tablets).Substantial personal or professional experience using smart mobile technology, such as iPhone, iPad, Palm Pre, Amazon Kindle, another ereader, any Android device is a plus.Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
