1.Technical Support :
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Knowledge In technical process,troubleshooting,handling customer queries related to electronic gudgets like laptop,PC,mobile phone.
Fluent Communication skills required.
Any Graduate can apply,UG and freshers are not eligible
Shifts:Day( 6 am-10 pm ) window ,any 9hr shift will be given

2.Domestic Inbound Customer Service Profile
Day Shift,(7am-11pm window) any 9hr shift can be   given,6 day working.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply

 3.International Customer Service and Collection Process
Any fresher and experienced candidate can apply.
Inbound and outbound process
B2B and B2C collection process
US Shifts- Night   (6pm-6am), any 9hrs shifts will be given
AUS Shifts-Early morning   (4am-4pm), any 9hrs shifts will be given
5 days working and 2 days off in a week.
